Specifications:

Flock Image was entrusted by Pender Gardens with the waterproofing of the balconies for Block 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 & 15, as well as all patio and walkway areas, all planters and piazza area as well as a car park area. Alastomerik EMB was used for this purpose and tiles / porfido were laid onto the membrane. Flock Image also waterproofed some 260 sq mtrs using fast setting liquid membrane.
