Flowcrete branded Peran STB Compact was the system of choice at the new build Radisson SAS Golden Sands Resort & Spa, an exclusive Five Star Hotel in Malta. Strict health & safety standards had to be met by the new floor in the hotel for its busy kitchens and corridors.
A high level of slip resistance and a floor that was easy to maintain were also vital for this project. Peran STB Compact was specified for its excellent anti slip qualities. Peran STB Compact is a seamless, hygienic floor finish is particularly suitable for areas where the floor is subject to heavy traffic, impact and chemical spills. The floor is made up of colour quartz granules encapsulated in a clear resin binder and is available with a matt or gloss finish
